It looks like Kyanite on Quartz from Brazil
It is from Brazil. It is also on Quartz. However, it is not Kyanite.

Tourmaline (Indicolite)???
Tourmaline is correct. Elbaite to be specific. The variety is Cuprian Rich or Paraiba, although technically this one comes from a neighbouring province to Paraiba; the Province of Perelhas. The very small ammount of copper is enough to cause intense colour, usually blue, sometimes purple and green also.
